This is a complicated question that will require an attorney to determine whether Missouri has long arm jurisdiction over your wife and whether Missouri has jurisdiction over the children under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act.

It is important that you consult an attorney who is well versed not only in Missouri family law matters but who is also familiar with the Service Members Civil Relief Act.

If my law firm is located in the area in which you will staying during your leave to Missouri, please feel free to contact me to discuss your situation.
