Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Mail

My mail has been changed to a different address without me knowing. I found out what the address was from the credit report. I finally went to pick up my mail from that address and it was opened. I was wondering if I could possibly sue them for opening my mail.

You probably can sue for invasion of privacy. But you should definitely contact the postal inspectors so that they can open an investigation. Do this before doing anything else. Then go see an attorney.
