appealing denial for k1 visa
what is the fastest way to overturn a denial for the k1 visa. the visa officer stated he believes that my fiancee are already married and denied us. we did show proof of non marriage. so what now please help

There is no administrative appeal of the decision but there options (might be quite cumbersome though). If you would like to see what options are available give us a call and we'll get some facts and discuss the options with you.

Is not possible overturn a denial. You can request it again with another proof or getting a CERTIFIED copy of a divorce sentence (if is divorced) or birth certificate. May get another visa type or get marriage in another country and back to US later, previous visit to US Embassy.
