Re: auto insurance
This is where an experienced insurance/ personal injury attorney can help you identify and collect from all available sources of recovery. There may be other insurance policies available which can be "stacked" to create more available proceeds. You may have your own underinsured motorist policy. There may be other policies that can be implicated. Regarding the father of the boy that hit you, you could possibly have a claim against the father for negligent entrustment if certain factors are present. Of course, the particulars will depend upon the facts involved. Give me a call if you would like to discuss in greater detail.
