Certificate of Public Liability Insurance
I am looking to lease residential property. The application says that I must furnish a certificate of public liability insurance for no less that $300,000. What does this mean?

That means that if you want to rent the property, you must contact your insurance agent, bur $30,000 worth of renter's insurance and provide proof of it to the owner.
