Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
auto accident
My employees were in company vehicle and were in an accident. The driver of the other vehicle I will refer to them as vehicle 2 and my company vehicle as vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 of the other insurance company has taken liability. My employees were taken to emergency room with head injuries. They were released to go back to work same day. My questions are: 1. Should I pursue for pain and suffering for employees. 2. Should the other insurance company have to pay for the rental vehicle I had to rent to keep my business going because vehicle 1 was totaled.

Re: auto accident
Your employees should pursue their own causes of action for their injuries against the other driver, but your may help them. You vsan pursue action for loss of use of the vehicle. It also sounds like your employees have a work comp claim, for injuries suffered on the job. This is seperate from their action against the other driver.
