Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
Excessive Speeding+Reckless Driving
Recently I was issued a summons for going 108mph in a 70mph on the interstate. I am absolutely guilty and so will be going to court with no attorney. I was wondering what the length of a jail sentence would be or if I will most likely get one, and if so since I am a student can I get out of going to jail and do community service in place of jail.

Re: Excessive Speeding+Reckless Driving
Given the speed involved, it is highly advisable that you get an attorney. You could end up losing your license for a long time and paying more of fine than it would cost you in legal fees. Depending on where you received this ticket, I may be able to help. If not, I can refer you to someone who can. Feel free to call for an estimate of costs, penalties, etc.
