The numbers refer to the statute that you are charged with violating. This is a serious charge. If you plead guilty or are convicted, you will probably have your driver's license suspended. You really need to hire an attorney. No matter what the attorney charges you in attorney's fees, you will save tons and tons of money in the long run. Depending upon where you are being prosecuted I may be able to provide legal services. Please feel free to call me for a consultation.
