Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Montana
car payments
I have paid all my car payments and have faxed the company the bank statements. they repossesed my car and will not return it until they find the money on their end. The accounts have been removed from my account on time everymonth do they have a right to not give my car back even though i have proven i have paid it.
