Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
Child Custody
I filed a motion to revise custody, visitation and child support with Family Court and they gave me a court date. When I go to this court date should I bring an attorney?

Re: Child Custody
I think you should bring a lawyer for the sole reason that if something comes up that you don't know the answer to, you have a lawyer as a back up. He or she should have dealt with this before and can handle the judge's question or whatever the crisis is.
