divorce

wife cheated on husbend. married for 5 years. wife stayed home with the kids all day while he worked. Have two kids, two cars, and a house. what happens with that and does he have to give her alimoney?

Re: divorce

Since Nevada is a no fault state the adultery may not be too relevant. Since the marriage is only 5 years temporary alimony for a couple of years perhaps. Child custody and support will be decided in the best interest of the children. The community property and debt will be split.
