hitting your kids

my grandaughter is being hit by her parents in the head . is this against the law? she seems to feel it't not and just takes it.

Hitting a child is not correct if you feel they are in danger I would ask CPS whether they believe it is justified in getting involved.

Please contact a local attorney in your area prior to taking legal action.
