Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey

I have a question. My son who is 20 used my comp and made up a fake identity to chat with females on line.He did not ask for Anything from them,but several of them sent him stuffed bears.assuming he was a female. to my knowledge all of the famales were over the age of 18my question is has he done and thing illigal and can i get into trouble for it being that he used my comp to do this . thank you

I have to disagree with Mr. Nance, there is a possibility that he is guilty of some type of fraud. I would have to know much more about his situation.
