Re: criminal charges

Rather simple, get a good attorney and let him or her take care of everything. You have to get an attorney, so there is little to nothing you can do on your own. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Re: criminal charges

Your attorney must make the appropriate motion with the Court and then there must be a hearing where the judge decides whether to suppress your statement. If you do not have an attorney you need to get one immediately.

Call me if you like.

Re: criminal charges

My advice is to not say another word to the police and then to hire a criminal defense attorney to get your confession suppressed and represent you on your entire case. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
