Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Alimony and money left to me by relative

I am in the process of taking my ex back to court for non payment of items agreed to in the property settlement agreement. He has found out that an uncle of mine has passed away and he does not know what I have been left but plans to use this in some way in court. Is there any bearing between what I received in the will and my alimony which is lifetime and has been found 3 times in past motions to be unchangeable?

Thanks for your time.

If you were left a million dollars that might represent a significant change of circumstances requiring a review of whether it is equitable to require your former husband to pay as much alimony or to pay it at all. If your inheritance

it would make no difference whatsoever.
