Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

If court order states I claim odd years and she claims even years for the dependent as of 2013, does that mean I claim dependent this year or do I wait for the 2014 calendar year to claim her in 2013?

I suggest you ask your attorney. Generally, you claim for the tax year. If you are claiming odd years, it would be on your 2013 tax return.
