Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

A friend of mine has a son who lives in New Jersey.He lives with his father.He wants to move to Florida. and live with his mother.His father wont let him.He will be 18 in Oct.What can be done??

Mom and son need to get into Court to get the Judge's permission for the boy to move to Florida.
