Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

i want my kids

when my wife first left me i got primary residance of my 3 children since then i willingly gave her primary residance of the children for the bus stop. we had a verbal agreement that we would work things out. I denied child support when i had the kids, now she wants child support... and how she got it.... i dont know, but now i have to pay her and she wont let me see my kids. i am trying to fight for priamry residance back. How do i get out of this?

It sounds like you have several issues, and without knowing more, it is hard to know whether the Judge was aware of the prior history with the children, and the promises with your ex.

Immediately, you need to file a motion for reconsideration with the Court.
