postnuptial agreement
I would like to know if the postnuptial agreement is lagit in nj and also what does it really cover? if i sign this dose everything i have or get belong to me and not my husband, or his ex-wife, and fill out taxes without having anybody take my money?

Your question is very unclear. Are you going through divorce? are you trying to plan for estate tax purposes? are you trying to avoid a divorce by making some agreements concerning assets? I encourage you, if you are thinking about a divorce or trying to 'avoid' divorce, to speak to an experienced divorce attorney.
