Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

when a teen ager has been court order to go to volunteer acohol treatment center. and its not the right fit for her needs what can I do to get her out to where her physical and mentals will be meant.

I assume there is a lawyer involved here somewhere. He/She should be able to help you. If you somehow don't have a lawyer, get one ASAP and have him/her help you. I would need to know how and why this all happened.

A motion must be filed with the court to modify the court order, with information as to the substitute program and how it is more suitable to meet the needs of the child.
