Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My wife has walked out on me lasty year and has her own apt. Our daughter and her daughter from her pervios marriage, 18 and 20, live with me. I canno longer afford the mortgage on just my salary. What can i do? Can I mve out and we each pay 1/2 of the mortgage, She refuses to sign a listing agreement and has blocked me from her email. She also will not return my phone calls.
