Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Hi,

filed for green card under Employment categeory. I-485 is pending from the year 2007. obtained 2 year EAD and working on EAD. EAD will be expire by 14-January-2011. Having Advance Parole valid till june 2011. Now the person is out of USA and can not come to USA till feb 2011.

Verified I-765 form. no where it is mentioned that person should be in US to apply for EAD renewal.

Can the person apply for EAD renewal while is out of USA ? pls let me know

I would appreciate if you could let me know. Thanks in advance
