Being Fired Unjustly

My daughter was fired from her job for no apparent reason. She was fired on the day before she was to leave on a short disability leave of absence. Is there a case here, and what kind of money will it cost to pursue?

There may be a case there. But I'd need more information. What was the reason given for the termination? Is she applying for unemployment? Has the company stated to Unemployment why they fired her?
