Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

Notice to Move

My 78 yr. old mother-in-law has been renting in a 2 fmaily house for approx. 32 yrs. Sunday, April 22, 2007 we were told the house was sold and she had to be out of the apartment by May 15, 2007. 2 Weeks notice! What are her rights, she is not in good health and my husband and I will be doing the packing and moving for her.
