split responsibilities

My brother and I inheritited our home when my mother died in 2005 We have been splitting all the expenses (bills) until 2007 of January. My brothers wife controls his money and has not issued house monies since January...what can I do about this

You should have an attorney put your brother on noticeof his responsibilities. Also, you have options as to the property if you want to sell it. At the very least keep an accounting of everything you spend on the house so you can be reimbursed later. If you want more information on what to do, I would need to know more about your situation. This is a problem which will take a lawyer to solve. There is a lot involved. It sounds like your brother is not doing what he agreed to.
