Hospital Vist

Hello,

I was injured at work. The hospital sent my medical records to my former employer who than sent them to me.

Do I have a case?

For what? I'm no expert in medical privacy laws and such and you may be able to get them in trouble and they would get fined, but I don't see you getting any money from this. Now if they used the information to fire you or something, that would be a different story, but you got hurt at work anyway so they know your situation to begin with. No harm there.
