property survey lines
pls help me, because we have a survey done before we brought the house. and the landlord next door brought his house one year after us. he is saying that he own half of our driveway. he told his tenants that he own half of our driveway and his tenants drove up and down the driveway, one of his tenants was driving so fast up the driveway and my grandson was out in the backyard. my understand of the situation is that each owner have a walkway. there is no party, common, or easement on the survey paper, pls help and i can fax a copy of survey to you, before my grandson is kill in the driveway. when my husband is in the garage he like to go outside. i called the survey person, there is not any spare or common driveway on the deed.
