Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

accident due to not stopping at red light

I had an accident at an intersection at Rt 139 in jersey city. But I know that I saw green light before I came to the intersection. But the other car driver was saying it was red and there is a retired police officer witness, who is also saying it was red. The police report has both my statement and other person's statement which is same as what I stated above. I got a traffic ticket with court appearance required. If I plead guilty, what are the implications of this? If I plead guilty, am I affected in any way other than the penalty and points?

Whatever happens to your traffic case you need to make sure that the court seals the record so that it can not be used against you in any civil case which may be brought against you for personal injury or property damage.

I would be prepared to help you in this regard. You should visit my website for information as to how to contact me by telephone.
