Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
my car is in new jersey and need an emission test to be registered problem is the car needs to get registered in ga and the registration is expired and the car cant be driven

Not sure what the question is. Why not get car inspected and registered and then drive it to Georgia and then register it there?
