Come on folks, give more detail for your questions!!! is this a 2,000 sf mini-mart, or a 120,000 sf office building, or a 120,000 sf mixed use inline stores mall??? is it 30 of 60 parking spaces, or 30 of 1,000??? To not answer your question, the number of handicapped spaces is determined by a formula, based upon the type of construction (retail, office, medical, etc.) and the square feet of the retail space.
