Re: Injury at work
What you describe certainly meets the criteria for filing a claim in workers compensation. Your supervisor should have contacted the workers compensation carrier that same day and had them send you to an authorized doctor for whatever treatment was needed. You can still file for a permanent partial disability claim for the residuals of your injury, if there are any. Before I can give you a definite answer on how to proceed with your claim I need to know some more information from you, specifically When did the accident happen? and Did you go to any doctor, even the hospital emergency room, for treatment?. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various workers compensation courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail and to determine what I can do to help you. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
