Re: partial Permanent disability for knee injury

You have a very good workers compensation case and you should retain a lawyer to make sure all your rights are protected and to assist you in this claim. It does not cost you anything at all to hire a lawyer on a workers compensation case - the lawyer gets paid out of any settlement he gets for you at the end of your case, so you have no out of pocket expenses. Regarding the percentage of disability and the amount of the settlement, this would be determined later on after all surgeries and physical therapy are completed. It is a somewhat involved process, especially due to the second injury to the same body part, so I would prefer to disucss it in more detail on the telephone. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various workers compensation courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their claim. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
