Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
If a 17 year old girl 'crys rape' on a 20 year old male, and it is not true, how can we PROVE she was lying? and how long will she be in jail for committing perjury?

Unless you have an air tight alibi, you will have to fight the charges. If you win she still will not be charged with perjury. If you lose you will go to jail for a long time.
