second offense for possession of marijuana
me and my boyfriend were in the car
and were stopped by the cops. he
had an eighth on him and was given
a summons his first offense he said
he had 6 bags on him which i believe
were all dime bags. i was wondering
if there would be jail time for his
second offense and if so for how long
and what the fee would be. thank
you.
