Prohibited sale Alcohol

What should I do if I have never been arrested before and was charged with unlawful deal of the forts, and Prohibited sale of alcohol. NYS Penal law 260.2(2) & NYS Alcohol beverage control 65-1?

You can go and plead guility to the offense, or you can have a lawyer try and reduce the charge, or have it dismissed.
