Statuatory Rape

I am wondering how long you have before it is to late to charge someone with rape?

Re: Statuatory Rape

Statutory rape is a particular form of rape. Under statutory rape, the victim is legally not old enough to consent to sexual relations. In this situation, the victim may have a limited time after turning 18 to report the event to the police.

Even if it is far too lat, report it anyway. You may be able to help the rapists next victim. You are welcome to a consultation at no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th St., NY,NY. Please call for an appointment first (646)591-5786.
