Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
wanted for questioning
the police want you for questioning for something they are saying you did, and you do not go in to them. whats the penalty? there is no warrant issued

You should speak with an attorney as soon as possible. You do not have to talk to the police, but you should have an attorney communicate with them on your behalf.

You never have to speak to any law enforcement official and you shouldn't. If you are supoenaed you should retain an attorney ASAP ,the attorney may be able to get you immunity for your cooperation.You may contact my office @7188340087 for more info.
