A notice of settlement is the form used to let the other side know when a proposed order or judgment will be signed by the court. Settlement in this context has nothing to do with settling a case; it refers to the signing.

A settlement is an agreement that resolves all issues in the case. Making it so ordered makes it a court order in addition to being a contract.

A judgment of divorce is a court decree which dissolves a marriage.

These are pretty basic questions, and if you are not sure what they are and you are settling a divorce, you should speak to your attorney in detail.
