Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Divorce

I have been legally seperated from my wife for the past 2 years and have been in court for the past 2 years pending a divorce. But she keeps bringing up things and her attorney keeps filing motions that have nothing to do with the case and it's just prolonging it. I want to know if she is entitled to anything that I aquired after the legal seperation? My lawyer tells me no but she keeps filing for more and more things.

Re: Divorce

If these requests are frivolous you should request legal fees. Generally post filing acquisitions are not subject to equitable distribution you can call me for a free consultation
