Lawyer Died

My lawyer died before my divorce was completed. Am I entitled to any of my retainer back? Who do I contact, the office number is disconnected. I was never contacted by his office

If he is a solo practitioner and does not have any relatives who are lawyers who will take over the business... Good luck. You will have to wait until the estate is formed and sue the estate.

You should get a lawyer for this. In the meantime hire another family law lawyer 4 ur divorce.
