Legal Question in Family Law in New York
NY Divorce
I am in the middle of a divorce, the Judge doesn't know all the circumstances. My husband left me before the first Chemo treatment for another woman. My attorney doesn't feel that it will affect the judge's decision. How can I let the Judge know what led up to this divorce? Can I mail him anonymously?

Re: NY Divorce
DO NOT MAIL THE JUDGE!!! It is highly illegal. It may predjudice the case. Even anonymously. Tell your lawyer you want the fact that he left you high and dry with cancer brought out in the case and if he refuses fire him and hire a lawyer that will represent you the way you are paying to be represented.
Good Luck.
