Legal Question in Family Law in New York
My ex wife is deliberately preventing me from seeing my child. I want to go to court and have visitation every other weekend. How do I argue for this?

There isn't a specific argument to make. It all depends on your circumstances. The best thing to do is to hire an attorney. If you can't afford it and cannot otherwise qualify for a pro bono attorney, at a minimum, spend the time to obtain a free or low cost consultation from experienced local counsel to discuss the issues and possible arguments in your case.
