What is the person doing?
Has the accuser contacted the police?
Is the accuser your employer?
You may want to contact a criminal attorney if the police are involved.
If the person has not contacted the police, consult with a civil attorney to determine if a letter is warranted to stop the accusations. If the letter doesn't work or if the harm has already occurred, a lawsuit for defamation, among other claims, may be appropriate.
