Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

What legal action can be taken against someone from another state who continues to make harrassing calls to both home and cell phones?

As many as 46 calls within 2 hours, some with messages. Admits in messages they will continue to call and make malacious statements to others.

I am keeping a log of call and copies of the voicemails.

Contact the police in your town and file a complaint; they may suggest that you also contact the police in the town from which the calls originate.
