Re: imagration question

Has your wife ever had an immigrant petition or a labor certification filed on her behalf? Specifically, if something was filed prior to April 30, 2001, she may be eligible to adjust based on Section 245i of the INA.

You should consult with an immigration attorney before filing any paperwork with USCIS.

Re: imagration question

Has your wife or her parents ever filed an application with immigration? If so, then she may be eligible to receive her green card while in the US. If not, then she will have a more difficult time obtaining her residency. You should definitely consult with an attorney before proceeding.
