When your green card application was denied after divorce, most likely you were referred to Immigration Court for removal (deportation). Did you receive a notice from the court?

If so, you need to consult a knowledgeable attorney and seek help with representing you in the Immigration Court.

So far, from your post, I don't see how you can stay in USA and what immigration relief you can apply for.

If youd like to schedule a confidential telephone or email legal consultation, need advice or help, please let me know and Id be glad to help you. If you have a social security number this indicates that immigration has a file on you.

In order for us to properly advise you on this matter we would need additional information.
