Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
Landlord vs tenant question?? If if a tenant has payed 3 months in advance and just paid
his months required renatl payment of $650 can the landlord demand another payment by friday, and if they don't have it they will be evicted?? They ahve been late a couple times but they always pay . We know she owes property taxes and that's why she wants another payment by Friday, ?? is this legal or does this have any right to demand this payment ??

The landlord would only be entitled to rental payment under the terms and conditions in the lease agreement.
