Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
Currently I'm renting an apartment in a two family house, I pay 950.00 a month.Now my landlord didn't pay the bill for heat and hot water so they shut it off.This has been going on for a month.My question is can I hold back my rent until she turns it on.
