Legal Question in Military Law in New York
Divorce from Miliatary husband.
I'm divorcing my military husband. He is telling me that if I don't give him 50/50 custody the military will require that he live in the barracks and take away medical for the children. Is this true?

The kids are his issue and as such the military cannot deny them benefits while he is on active duty.
