Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

My husband has been accused of rape

My husband is in jail right now in rikers island in new york, and i'm just looking for legal advice on his situation. This girl has accused him of rape but he says that it wasn't forced, she wanted it. They don't have any evidence, he wore a condom and they have no semen samples, no bruises no sign of any kind of force. they are only going by what the victim is testifying. So my question, can they find him guilty by what the victim is saying, if they find no evidence of the false accusation? Thank you for your time.

Can he be found guilty on her say so alone? Yes. He needs a good lawyer. I assume he has had one appointed for him by the court. If you would like to hire one for him, I would be happy to speak to you about that.
